Struc Rec Hypothesis Generator

Hypothesis generator uses TextAnalytics / ServiceDescription/TextAnalysis? Linguistic analysis to suggest existing pimo things as annotations to resources. Suggests nao:hasTag annotations for the resource, each suggested resource found by StrucRec is recommended. StrucRec Hypothesis do not work. In dump main repository and checked there is no plainTextContent, which is looked for by StrucRecHypothesisGenerator.

Test

One junit, which pass but do not much. Only checks that Mockup has to full fill.
